But some kind of 433/4231 would bring the best out of many of our players. unfortunately I don't think tinkering with tactics is really O'Neill's style. He might change the main template every now & then, but he doesn't tinker much, he's from the old school of picking your best (favourite?) eleven. Which admittedly has worked pretty well so far!<br><br>RVN... I wouldnt turn him down! But I think I'd rather give Delfouneso more chances up til the end of the season - if he's not up to it we can then bring in an established striker (or at least a backup/alternative for Gabby) in summer methinks. At the moment, we only really have 3 strikers (that's including Delfouneso) since Heskey & Carew are virtually never on the pitch at the same time!
