Accounts?
I can't quite get my head around those, apart from the fact that RL has chucked a boatload of money in whichever way you look at it.
So he's taking a chunk back.
So would I, rather than give it to the taxman, which is probably what it's all about.
As for management fees, could this be wages for the board? (I think so).

Is Randy milking the club? is the more pertinent question.
I seriously doubt it.

Whilst the suggestion of "loan notes" scares me, I suspect this is all about suiting the books.
Randy owns the club and I don't have a problem with lending money to myself is what I'm getting at.
How this would affect us if he decided to sell is of course another question.

FA cup?
This is why I can't be doing with the semis at Wembley.
There isn't much difference anymore, in that you might as well lose in the semi as the final.
No-one remembers the losers, regardless of if they got to the final or not, imo.

As positive as I try to be about the Villa, guess who are the two teams that really concern me?

Hmm.
I'll take the draw tomorrow, but of course hope we win.

i'm fine with loan notes. i haven't mentioned the other £35m that went in and shares were issued for yet. i can understand loaning yourself the money, but issuing yourself shares in a company you already own by purchasing all the shares 3 1/2 years ago... now you've lost me!!

the management fee is an odd one, but i'm not convinced that it's director's salaries since it wasn't in the previous accounts. whatever it is, i'm not losing sleep over it.

yeah, being dragged to wembley for a semi is a retarded money grabbing scheme by the FA and i'm dead set against it. if we make the final, that's 3 trips to wembley for our fans. that's a big wedge of cash. plus it takes the shine off a wembley final when you were just there for the semi. meh!!
