EDIT | 18/09/09: Sorry folks, this video was removed by YouTube after a copyright claim by NetResult. I’ve had one video removed before for use of music, but I fought that one and won.

Unfortunately, the Premier League, via their bitch NetResult, seem to have successfully imposed their own draconian levels of control on YouTube and I have no option to dispute their copyright claim.

I do, however, have the option of issuing a counter claim in writing – literally by snail mail only. I interpret that to mean that there’s no middle ground of fair use – either they own the copyright, or I do.

What utter nonsense!! What a bunch of useless dinosaurs!! The Premier League could be receiving free promotion from digital content creators such as myself across the internet, but instead they choose to employ blanket levels of control in order to clamp down on anyone who hasn’t lined their pocket with millions of readies up front. Can you say brain dead?
