January Exits/Arrivals
- Finn Azaz was recalled from a season long loan at Plymouth in order to make a permanent transfer to Middlesbrough.
- Bertrand Traoré signed for Villarreal after mutally agreeing a termination of contract.

- Kaine Kesler Hayden joined Plymouth (Championship) for a full season. He was recalled in January ’24.
- Viljami Sinisalo joined Exeter (League One) for a full season.
- Morgan Sanson joined Nice (Ligue 1) for a full season. This was made permanent at the end of the season.
- Philippe Coutinho joined Al Duhail (Qatar Stars League) for a full season.
- Filip Marschall joined MK Dons (League Two) for the second half of the season.
- Leander Dendoncker joined Napoli (Serie A) for the second half of the season.
- Lino Sousa joined Plymouth (Championship) for the second half of the season.
- Kosta Nedeljković joined Aston Villa in January, but remained on loan at Red Star Belgrade (Serbian SuperLiga) for the second half of the season.
